Belt weighers optional legal for trade

Continuous weighing of bulk material can be carried out by belt weighers. A typical application is for example the loading of ships. Optionally, these scales are also available legal for trade.

Standard performances vary from 45 t/h up to 700 t/h. The accuracy averages about  +/- 0,5% (optimal installation conditions presumed).
Due to the special construction the belt weigher can be integrated in an existing belt conveyor. All fastening elements are included in the scope of supply.

The scale can be used in ATEX zones and is also available in V2A / A4A construction. Also extensions towards Profibus DP, Ethernet etc. are possible.

The indicator contains 3 load counters (t/h), e.g. for daily, monthly and total quantity.

In combination with our BITZER AGRAR Software the belt weigher can be integrated in a complete weighing and data system and can be handled via remote control.
